I would like to merge my sister-in-law with another entry in the family but this family is a read only file and won't let me. Could you assist me, please?

My sister-in-law is Judith Adelia Hart #LXT3-FBY and the duplicate is Judith Adelia Hart #LNTV-BB8.

We will be happy to send your request to a specialty department. You may be contacted by them for further information.

As we have studied the records in Family Tree, we can see that Judith Adelia Hart's father has a read-only record. This is what is contributing to the merge issue. As stated above, we will be escalating your question to our Specialty Department.

I looked at both Judith Adelia Harts and her husband Roger Royal Winslow. None of them are Read Only. Please clear your cookies and cached files. You may need to change browsers or shut down the computer for 5 minutes. Let us know if these steps do not work.
