Problems recovering username

Trying to recover a username, but it will only let me click on Forgot Password. Is there a problem with familysearch would anyone know please?

There is not a problem with FamilySearch but you may want to clear your cookies and update your browser

Thank you so much. Followed your advice and problem resolved. I have now helped my friend get back into his family search account after quite a while. Thanks again
