Look at this page: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:QLXW-YYLQ?from=lynx1UIV8&treeref=LTXR-R2T. Please note that the "Original document" (first attached picture) in the upper left part of the screen is a "blank" form, i.e. no names etc.

Correct page _www.sa.dk.png

This is the page which has been indexed: https://www.sa.dk/ao-soegesider/da/billedviser?bsid=13110#13110,435907, and btw a few of the family members being omitted in the indexing.

While I cannot comment on the specifics of this instance of index/image misalignment - I too have noticed while researching where the index and the image become incorrectly linked. This is troublesome and I would hope re-alignment can occur soon.

I would suggest going to help/ Help Center. When you click on help center, it will give you a phone number to call or you can chat with a representative. You can report the problem to them and they can get a programmer to fix the issue.
