I have seen a number of colleagues with badges and other additions to them; how do I get involved?

The first box is for a title. The second box is for a full explanation of your question. Such as:
What badges are you referring to? And where are you seeing them? The ones here in FamilySearch Community? The one's you see by clicking on your account icon?
If so, then they just kind of show up here and there as you participate in this community, asking and answering questions. For example, when I click on your name, I come to your profile page and see that you have one badge:
Or are you referring to something else?
