I have done hundreds of military and business entries. I was loving it and getting credit for all.

I have done hundreds of military and business entries. I was getting credit for them and for some reason was reversed back to my starting point. How can I change it?

    Anna are you saying that your totals are not up to date? Are you able to get into your account and index and review? Have you recently submitted a batch and are not seeing the result of it?

    Are you sure that your progress chart choices are correct? For instance, is it set on Indexing and Current and Month? You can play with those tabs and change them between indexing and reviewing and various combinations of the Previous and Current Month/Quarter/Year/All-Time.

    Have you indexed this month? The chart resets each month.

    Or are you seeing no totals under the My Indexing Totals section on the right side?

    Is it possible that you have two indexing accounts with different sign-ons?

    There are lots of possibilities.

    Anna,

    To be able to help you we need some information from you;

    Date of when was the last time you indexed or reviewed.

    Can you please let us know the batch code of the project and the date you have worked on and not reflected on your totals.

    Check the area of your progress in the box where the last 5 batches are recorded again make sure you see the last batch you worked is recorded there. When you are checking this box change the view per actual or last month. You can also check this box with the graphs per month's.

    Hope to hear from you soon.

    We are seeing that you have indexed quite a few records. Have the statistics corrected themselves?

    Sorry for the time lapse. I can"t remember dates but as you see, it has been a long time since I have done any indexing. However Cindy said the U S cencus is available ? I would really like to help with that. Is that possible?

    The 1940 Census was released in 2012 and indexed within a few months. The 1950 census will be released in April 2022 and should be available for indexing shortly afterwards.
