FT not adding people from source linker

Several times today I've tried to add people via Source Linker (any records including census/marriage/birth, etc) but nothing happens. the circle turns but nothing ever comes up. Is it me, or a problem at FS/FT? It's a pain to have to enter them by hand when I know how easy it should be to add them. Been doing it for years. :) Any help appreciated.
