What can I do when the batch screen is blank?
Starting Saturday, when I try to index or review a batch, the batch screen goes blank, immediately after showing some text in the lower right corner of the batch window. Text is blue on the gray window screen. I cannot find any location to trouble shoot or call family search.org.
Sincerely,
Daniel P Davis

Hi Daniel. Maybe one of the Moderators has some ideas on how to get you the technical help you may need, but meanwhile here are some options to try.
- Try resetting your Family Search Cookies and rebooting. https://www.familysearch.org/cookies
- If clearing FamilySearch cookies did not solve the problem, try deleting all of the temporary files and cookies from your web browser. Before you do this, please search online for information about how to do this for your specific browser and device.
Example: Clearing cache and cookies in Chrome:
In Chrome
On your computer, open Chrome.
At the top right, click More (three dots in the upper right corner)
Click More tools. Clear browsing data.
At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
Click Clear data.
I would reboot after this step before trying to open your batch again.

Can you please share the batch code of the project you were trying to open?
Also, is clearing cookies and rebooting did not work, can you change your browser to another compatible browser? : Mozilla Firefox, Chrome, Microsoft edge, Safari for apple-
Are you using Mac or windows?
Is you connection to internet optimum or slow?
Try to open the batch again.
