Hi
I am William Spencer Gray SR # LKZH-7BH, somehow I am also in as LKZH-M43, this one was to be removed years ago, but still in there. Also When I pull up my grandfather, Francis Herbert Ames #KC25-1SX and click on "View Relationship" I get a note that says I have no relationship to this person even though my tree shows he is my grandfather. So how do we fix these things?
Thanks
Bill

For what it is worth, I cannot see LKZH-M43. Is it in your private tree space?
Re your no path to your grandfather, in your FamilySearch Account settings (meaning, on Family Tree, not here on FamilySearch Community) check who is your Family Tree Starting Person. That is the default person that appears at the root of your Family Tree and is not necessarily you. You can edit it, if you need to change it to LKZH-7BH.
Does that fix the problems?

When you see two versions of your self, are you seeing both when you log in on with your User name and password? Or are you seeing a different ID for you when they log in with their user name and password. If this is the case then that is the way the system is designed. Information for living does not cross over between trees , so each living person , when added to a new tree will get a new ID number.
If you are seeing two versions of your self on your tree, then look at the status for each. to see if one is living status and one is deceased status. The living status would have been added by you. The deceased status may be a record someone else created and marked your status as deceased. When this happens you may look in Latest changes for the deceased version of yourself and see who created that record. You will also need to request the status of the deceased be changed back to living. You may find these instructions in our Help Center, using search term deceased to living. Or using this link How do I change the status from deceased to living in Family Tree?
Once the deceased record is changed back to living, then only the person who created the record will see it.
If you have created two living records for your self, you need to merge them into one record, so you will only have one ID, which can be used to attach yourself to spouses, children, and parents, etc
Merging two records for living persons must be done by ID-- Search ter - merge living How do I merge duplicates in my private space in Family Tree?

Hi, @WilliamSGraySR,
Since we are unable to view either of your personal records, this means that they are both marked as 'Living'. Since they are in your Private Space, you most likely created them at different times – easy to do! NidaFL, above, gave the link with the instructions for merging the records into one.
After that is done, go to your tree to verify that your grandfather is there. Then go to his personal (detail) page and click on ‘View My Relationship’. If you still don’t see the relationship, report back here and we’ll be happy to assist you farther.
Best to you on your family history journey! Have a great day!
