One of my documents is inconsistent with the other two, am i meant to flag this or contact someone?
I'm indexing South African death notices, in my batch (share code: M387-ZVD) i have three death notices on the same person (Jacobus Wicks), two of the documents are consistent, but the third has a different age of death, and the name of the spouse and one of the children swapped around. Everything else is consistent. is there a protocol for such occasions, or should i just index all three how they are recorded?

Each of these documents are different. Since they are not exact duplicates of each other they each need to be indexes separately.
"A duplicate image is another photo or a retake of a previous image in the same batch. The duplicate and the original images are both images of the same document or combination of documents, not merely two images of similar documents or two images of documents about the same people."
