Have settings changed in source linker?

I used to be able to click on "record" or "image" in source linker and it would open up in a new page. Now, nothing happens when I click on the links. Has something changed? Is there something I can do on my end?

Any help is appreciated.

I am having trouble with source linker as well. When the try to look at the image I get a message that I am leaving familysearch and there may be fees. This is to look at a census record that is available on familysearch and is actually showing below on the same page. When I try to link a source I get a page asking me how I like the new source linker. When I try to give my opinion, the page freezes and I have to back out of it. Bottom line, it's not working for me.

Also, when I move the information from the left in source linker to the person on the right. The drop down doesn't show so I can't choose the standardized option. This has been going on the last few days and it is very frustrating.

The screenshot shows what I am seeing when I try to attach a source. I can't move or change anything on the page.

When I move the information to the right, this is what I see in the screenshot. The information is hidden.

Yep, others have reported the same issues lately with the source linker page. Very annoying.

The source linker in the mobile app seems to be working correctly. Would that be a usable workaround for you, @JSHope and @ShSarff?

I changed my browser from Firefox to Bing and that fixed the problem. Still, would rather be able to use Firefox. Guess I'll just keep checking back hoping this will be fixed eventually.

Thanks for your suggestion. I'll keep that in mind also.

I went back to Firefox and cleared the browsing history for FamilySearch and that worked. Evidently I have been using FamilySearch a lot and I filled up Firefox's brain. 😉 In any case, hope this solution may work for others.

I cleared my browsing history on Firefox but it still didn't work. My phone is too small and ineffective with the amount of family history I do. I appreciate the suggestions. I moved to Chrome and it is working very well. I just prefer Firefox.

    Many thanks!
