The 2-step verification just started.
What if a person does not have a phone and cannot receive the code? Who should we contact? How can they log in?

Hi @rgf2253
You have asked about using 2-step verification for your account and have mentioned that you do not have a phone that can receive a text code, however, if you received a code to verify your mobile phone as an account recovery option, it could also be used for two-step verification.
The FamilySearch site does not have a field in your account settings to setup 2-step verification, however, if you sign into FamilySearch with your Church account, you may see a message asking you to setup and use 2-step verification.
This has to be done at the Church website, not at the FamilySearch website. Once you are signed into your account at the Church website, click Account Settings and on the left you will see the Two-Step Verification link under the Security Settings Heading. Click that link to read about the different ways you can setup two-step verification.
If you have additional questions, please try clicking the Help link at the upper right of your personal settings page on the Church website. This will generate some frequently asked questions and one of the sections provides three questions with answers related to two-step verification.
Again, your FamilySearch Account Settings has no field to work with two-step verification. This process is related to your Church account.
