Hello there, if you go to the Help Centre by clicking on the ? in a circle at the top right of the page

Scroll down about halfway and under the picture of a globe, click on "find in person help"

If you are logged in, it should show you the details of your local Family History Centre and their contact details.

Please be aware that due to local Covid restrictions, the Centre may not be open at this time.

You may find the attached Help Centre article useful.

    Happy researching!
