Not if you are reviewing the batch. The hide fields option only works on the Indexing side of the program.

How do you hide the fields when indexing, not reviewing?

Hi Nita. You can only hide Fields while indexing as was mentioned above, and only in Form Entry Mode. What you can do while Reviewing if you are sure that certain fields are blank for all Entries (or only rarely going to be non-blank) is to move those Fields to the bottom of the Form (again - only in Form Entry Mode). To do that you hover over the Field Name and drag and drop where you wish. The "Reset Field Order" option in the menu shown below lets you reset them back to the original default order.

To hide Fields while indexing in Form Entry Mode, click on the 3 dots in the upper right of the Form Entry Panel and you should see the panel below. In all other modes besides Form Entry Mode the Show and Hide Fields option will be grayed out. Obviously, be careful while using these options not to miss Fields.

If you click on the line with the eye you should see this where you click to hide a Field and again to show it. Save your choices and you're done:
