Hello! I am hoping for some handwriting help and some help learning about how I can use a record I found:

https://www.ancestry.com/imageviewer/collections/1209/images/WAVR_43-0578?usePUB=true&_phsrc=ihL112&_phstart=successSource&usePUBJs=true&pId=21064

This record shows the birth of twins on March 11 to Thomas Christen Simonsen and Mette Pedersen. There were two different attending physicians so there are two unique records of their births. I believe, however, only one was later named and survived.

In the above source, the far right column ("Remarks") seems to be the names of the children. There is some hard to read writing next to on of the twins' names. Can anyone read it? Or, do you believe I can assume the one with writing is the child who survived (Lillian Annetta Simonsen)?

Thanks for any help you can give me!
