Quality Check Problem

Received a batch with one image that was repeated 10 times. Indexed the first image and submitted it to quality check. It indicated that I needed to index all of the other 9 identical images and would not accept anything else. So, I signed out of Indexing since I didn't see another available option.

Alan thank you for your screen shot. We looked at your batch: M38N-NWD. You need to delete the entries 2 thru 10 and then your batch will submit. Here is an article from the help center that tells how to delete entries:

After you have indexed all of the available records on the image, delete any extra or unused entries in the data entry area.

    1. On the indexing toolbar, click the icon that looks like a trash can for Delete Entries.
    2. In the Delete Entries pop-up window, indicate whether to delete only the current entry or all blank entries.
    3. Click Delete.

Thank you for indexing. We appreciate you.
