The examples listed under "project instructions" do not open when I click on them. How can I get them to?

I've been having the same problem today on various projects. I found that when I clicked on them a second time they opened. But, this might be a case where you need to check your browser or may want to clear out your temporary files and cookies and at worst clear your browser history.
