This image was added to several people. In my 'Following', I found it with Richard II Duke of Normandy KDQW-JTJ. I then noticed it was also added to his parents, all of his children and then their children, etc. ! Can FS remove it? Lenore Akerson

Hello, Lenore!
The PID (personal identification number) for Richard II Duke of Normandy you gave is lacking in one digit or letter; and a close match could not be found using his name without birth or death dates. Could you provide a little more info to help locate him and his family, please?
Also, is this image attached to the people as a portrait photo (the little picture that shows on person or tree pages beside a person record)? or just attached to each of them as a memory? You may be able to find a solution by 1) clicking on the Help button (small question mark inside the circle in the upper right area of most pages in FamilySearch), then 2) clicking on Help Center at the bottom of the small Help box that appears, 3) then on the Memories topic button (green circle with a camera in the center), and 4) typing "portrait" (without the quote marks) into the search bar there. This brings up several articles relating to changing or removing Memories ...

I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...
Firstly ...
There was NOTHING wrong with the 'FamilySearch Person Identifier" (PID) for Richard II Le Bon Duc de Normandie ( 23 Aug 963, Évreux, Eure, Duchy of Normandy - 28 August 1026, Fécamp, Seine-Maritime, Normandy, France ) that you provided.
Richard II Le Bon Duc de Normandie ... ( KDQW-JTJ )
Secondly ...
And, for the information of @eunice, 'No', the "Image" is NOT (yet) set as a "Portrait"; nor, for Parents.
In regards to your 'Question' ... "... Can FS remove it ..." ...
Short Answer: They CAN; but, may NOT - it depends on the particular situation/circumstance.
Question:
Have you tried contacting the User/Patron ( being: ' Lois Voisine', from Nashua, NH 03060, with E-mail: ladylovo@gmail.com ) who uploaded the (Unnecessary) "Image", requesting they "Delete"/"Remove", said "Image"?
https://www.familysearch.org/tree/person/memories/KDQW-JTJ
And, 'Yes' that "Image" appears to have been "Tagged" to some x207 individuals/persons.
In the FIRST instance, I would try contacting the User/Patron who uploaded the (Unnecessary) "Image", requesting they "Delete"/"Remove", the said "Image".
IF, they "Refuse" to "Delete"/"Remove", the said "Image"; THEN, you may have grounds, on which you can refer the matter to 'FamilySearch', in which they can take the necessary action (eg. "Delete"/"Remove", the said "Image").
I agree with you ... TOTALLY "Unnecessary" ... and, especially, that "Tagging" to x207 individuals/persons.

'No', that "Image" is still there; and, still "Tagged" to to x207 individuals/persons.

FYI
I 'see' that another User/Patron ( ie. 'RodneyPiper', with E-mail: piperaone@hotmail.com ) has just made ( ie. Sunday, 29 August 2021, my local time ) one of the (existing) "Images" from "Memories"; as, the "portrait" for Richard II Le Bon Duc de Normandie ... ( KDQW-JTJ ).
