Right ...
So ...
The "E-mail" address of the "Family History Centre"
ie
[(Particular) Family History Centre]@familyhistorymail.org
[ Which is through "G-mail" ... ]
Do still have access (ie, the Password) to log into [(Your) Family History Centre]@familyhistorymail.org?
[ Or, has SOMEONE else in your Stake, "Changed" the 'Password'; and, no one knows, who; or, "Password"? ]
IF, you DO NOT have access (ie, the Password) to log into [(Your) Family History Centre]@familyhistorymail.org; THEN, you WILL need to contact (via/through the Telephone) 'FamilySearch' "Support" (or, the 'Family History Centre' Support) to get that matter resolved (ie. "Resting" of the "Password").
'FamilySearch' "Support" (or, the 'Family History Centre' Support) MAY need to forward your Telephone call, onto the "Global Help Desk", to actually get that matter resolved (ie. "Resting" of the "Password").
Question: Or, are you just having problems/issues accessing the Website for "Family History Centre" E-mails?

Welcome to the "Community.FamilySearch" Forum.
I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...
[ And, one who has worked in "Family History Centres" of the Church for a number of Years ... ]
Question(s):
Are you referring to "E-mails", relating to the "Family History Centre" of the Church, that you are the "Stake, Temple and Family History, Consultant -- Family History Centre" (ie. formerly, "Director")?
Or, are you referring to "E-mails", relating to the OLD 'FamilySearch' "Support" Case Management System?
Please advise.

So I have sent out emails to consultants in bulk to three different stakes. Members have responded and there have been conversations over email. I am looking to retrieve those. When I try to do it in Gmail I get a notice that I am not the admin and cannot retrieve them. So really, my question is, WHO do I contact that holds the admin capabilities to "@familyhistorymail.org"?
Thanks!!

Are you trying to see the Family History Center emails? If so you need to go to https://familyhistorymail.org, and sign into your centers email account. If you receive emails in your Gmail that is because you had them forwarded from the Family History Center email account.

I used to have, the "E-mails" for my "Family History Centre", associated to an external (ie. my) "E-mail" Client.
That stopped working, a while back now; and, I have NOT tried to address/fix it.
As 'genbug08' has proffered ...
You may need to go, DIRECTLY, into the "E-mail" Account for your "Family History Centre", at
https://familyhistorymail.org/
to, get to; and address, those "E-mails" that you refer,
Just a thought.

Your FHC email should have sent folders and Inbox. If you sent the emails from the FHC email address mentioned above, they should all be there unless you deleted them. Maybe they are still in the trash?
