Thanks for sharing your batch. I see C. L. Nesper - just 6 letters in the surname. The p resembles the p in Gypsum 11 lines down and also we see that same surname Nesper on the right side of the image. (Thelma A Nesper)

Thanks for your response. I thought it was given name: Eleanor C L and surname: Nesper. Is that correct for the given name?

Oh, yes, that's correct. Sorry to have left out the Eleanor part. This is an odd form with the first letters off in their own spots and then of course there's the writing which is a bit challenging.
