Glitch in my Search Results?
Hello Family Search community. I am consistently experiencing a glitch that is hindering my ability to complete some important genealogy research. Let me walk you through my setup and what happens:
I Click “Search.” In the drop down menu I select “records.” In the “Last Names” field I add “Browne.” In the “Birthplace” field I add “England.” For the Birth Year Range” I add 1690-1710. In the “restrict records by: Country” field I add “England.” I then check the box “Match all terms exactly.” I click “Search.” I then click on the “filter your results by Collection.” I then select only the Title “England Births and Christenings, 1538-1975” at the top. It has 4,217 records. I then adjust the “number of results to show” to 100 per page. I then try to save all that data one page at a time by clicking “Export Results.” I save them as XLS files (I’ve also tried this saving them as XLSX files). This works fine until I click any one of the 18th – 20th pages of results (see 2 attached screenshots). At this point it seems like the data switches to some other database and makes me lose my place. The 18th page of results should have said "1,701-1800 of 4,217." But instead it says, "1-21 of 5,980." Can someone help get this to stop happening? I am trying to collect and analyze a very large amount of data. But the research becomes compromised if it gets mixed up or I lose my place. Please help!

@SvenHayden, I don't see in your steps that you clicked Filter These Collections, once you had clicked Filter by collection, and selected "England Births and Christenings, 1538-1975".
I ran with your steps, but also included the step to click Filter These Collections once I had selected the Collection I only wanted to see. I do not see the problem that you have reported.
Please check to be sure that you have taken this additional step. Hopefully, you will then have a successful experience with this search.
