Adding Relationship "Codes" to the name suffix field for individuals
I have recently discovered a family tree user that is adding "relationship codes" to his ancestors in the family tree. For example, GGF, GGM, 2GGF, 2GGM, 3GGF, 3GGM .... 13GGF, 13GGM. This person obviously doesn't understand that family tree is not his "personal tree". How can we prevent such "overachieving"? Needless to say, this contributor has not responded to my several attempts to communication via Chat. Is this considered a form of abuse? Arrgghhh!@&#

Re: Creating Profiles from Records
I do not know of a way to add an unrelated person from an index entry, but how often do you need to do that, really? Genealogy is all about relationships and connections, not individual people.
Re: Creating Profiles from Records
Source Linker can add a new profile for a person who was indexed, yes. It'll use the indexed relationship(s) to do so.
However, there's a bit of a chicken-and-egg problem involved: chances are, you'll enter all of the information, only to have to make a decision: discard your entries and use the profile it found using them, or keep your entries and create a duplicate for the profile it found. I therefore find it easier to add the missing profile the usual way, and then refresh Source Linker to attach the record.

A batch cannot be returned to the indexer once it has been submitted. If you, As a reviewer need to return a batch, you can return the batch two ways. The first is Return Batch, which returns the batch for reviewing; the second is Reindex Batch. Both are located under Batch on your indexing screen.

Thank you to everyone who helped me. Happy holidays.
Re: Read-only access
And, if you want to have a tree to which you can invite your family to view only, there are several platforms where you can do that. Many are also free.

@NataleeSargent could you share the PID for your Great Grandfather? That way we make sure we have the correct person :)
