Can not find where to go to upload a gedcom for starting a User Tree. Has it been taken down for the time being?

    @WrnRay The information provided previously has provided some correct information:

    1. User trees is not yet available to everyone.

    2. The Manage Trees page at https://www.familysearch.org/en/groups/trees/ would be the page to upload a GEDCOM to start a user tree.

    Depending on your permissions, the Manage Trees page may have four sections. (You will not see sections not applicable to you.) To upload a GEDCOM to start a user tree, it would be an Upload GEDCOM button within a section titled "Trees You Created". It will look something like this unless you had already created user trees previously then those will be listed.

    It's my understanding that some changes are being implemented before it is released for everyone. It was a Labs project.

    Yes I can access this. The Gedcom that I uploaded went to the Pedigree resource section and there was no option to the User Trees.
