Missing: Add someone to the Planner
Today I was training a newly called WT&FHC. He is listed with this calling in the system. But, when I went to show him how to "Add someone to the Planner" (via > Help then > Helper Resources" ), nothing showed up on the left side of the screen like it does for me. The words "People you are helping", and "Add someone to the planner" and that entire left side box was not there so I could not show him these functions! And only the first 3 of the normal 6 "Resources for helping others" on the right side of the screen showed up! Refreshing the screen did not help. Please Help!

Have you tried contacting the FamilySearch help by phone?

@robertleelathen1 robertleelathen1 The view of Helper Resources you describe is what someone sees if they click Helper Resources and do not have a Church Membership Number added to their account. So, either the consultant has created more than one account or has never added his membership number to the account. Here is how he can find out:
- After signing in to FamilySearch.org, click his name in the top right.
- Click Settings in the small black box that appears.
- It should open to the Account tab--if not, click Account under the colorful banner at the top.
- Scroll to the "Are you a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints?" section.
- If "no" is selected, click the circle to select Yes.
- Enter his membership number (can get it from his temple recommend or from the ward or branch clerk).
- Click Save Changes.
If he gets a message that the membership number is already associated with another account, he has created 2 accounts. It is likely that he does not recall doing that. A call to Support (866-406-1830 in the US) can get the one deleted and provide help to recover his username and reset his password for the one that has his membership number associated with it.

Just some thoughts ...
.
Does he appear under "Help"; then, on the "Contact Us" page/screen, as "Find Local Help" being "My Temple and Family History Consultants"?
.
Does he appear under "Help"; then, on the "Helper Resources"; then, down to "My Temple and Family History Network" = Find contact information for those serving locally in temple and family history callings. = Go to Network ( being: WORKWITH, which the URL is: https://www.familysearch.org/help/helper/planner/workwith)?
.
If he DOES NOT appear in the aforementioned; then ...
.
Make sure (ie. certain) that he is set-up PROPERLY as being a "Ward, Temple and Family History, Consultant", in his Membership Record, for his Ward, in "LCR"; and, thus, "LDSTools".
.
Sounds, too simple; but, I was set-up as being a "Stake, Temple and Family History, Consultant" in my Membership Record; but, they FAILED to "Tick" the 'Check Box' for being "SET APART"; as, such NOT properly set-up; hence, it was not working, NO access.
.
Just a thought.

The suggestions above are valid. If that doesn't work, please let me know @robertleelathen1 robertleelathen1 and I will notify the FS Help Team to see if we can find out why.

Thanks to you and Brett and the others for your thought it turns out it was a problem of having two accounts. Support tonight fixed it and my patron(newly called consultant) can now get into everything needed. And even better, we have discovered two missing ancestors and he wants to go to the temple for the first time to get baptized for those ancestors!!
