Reading a Birth Record

In this birth record on the 14th (Pettronella), I understand that she is illegitimate, that her Mother is Ingrid Gudmunsdotter (29), but I am confused by the last section where it says faddrar and Hustru. Are these just witnesses? Then why faddrar out to the side??. She is later known as Petronella Persdotter, so I assume that the father is known and his name is Per. The word "Faddrar" is plural of "fadder-godparent/christening witness". The male godparents/christening witnesses are at the beginning of the section-they are cottager Johan Larsson in Hättehuset and dräng Anders Jönsson in Bonarp. They are followed by the female godparents/christening witnesses who are: wife Ellna Gudmundsdater (Gudmundsdotter) in Hätt(e)huset and maid Maria Olsdater (Olsdotter) in ibidem (the same place [as the last place mentioned]).

As far as her father's first name, it could have been Petrus, Peter, Peder, Pehr, Pär, Per, Petter, Pelle, Päder, Pähr. They are all equivalent names.
