Attached are birth and death records for Andreas Ulriksen who was born 4 June 1866 and died 6 June 1866 in Lier, Buskerud, Norway. It looks like he had a home christening but I'm not sure about the comments relating to it or his death. Thanks!

Home christened by the mid-wife Thomine Olsen. Died before the christening could be confirmed in the Church.

They have not told me, but I can say that there will records added. I hope they will complete the indexinge of the 1875 census, and add the early emigration records for Rogaland.
We will juist have to wait and see.
