need help reading/translating Swedish records
Can someone translate the entry for Anna Holmgren born in 1806 on the following record and is the place name that begins with a W actually Varbergs?

Entry 220 states that Anna Holmgren (born on 25 May 1806) moved to or from (I can't tell which from this record) Warberg 16 October and 19 November are both listed on the record. I think those are just move-in and move-out dates.
And yes, something written as "Warberg" is the same as "Varberg". You'll want to be aware of some of these changes that occur often in Swedish research.
These include:
w → v (Wilhelm → Vilhelm, Warberg → Varberg)
ä → e and e → ä (Swän → Sven, Märta → Merta)
ph → f (Joseph → Josef)
c → k (Catrina → Katrina, Eric → Erik)
ch → k (Christina → Kristina, Nicholaus → Nikolaus)
elimination of h and/or a (Catharina → Cathrina, Catarina, or Catrina; Elisabeth → Elisabet)
tt → t (Britta → Brita, Petter → Peter)
ts or tz → s → z (Lorents or Lorentz → Lorens or Lorenz)
å → o (this one doesn't happen so much in names, but I have seen it but can't think of any examples off the top of my head)
elimination of u and sometimes s (Claus → Clas, Olaus → Ola or Olof)
It's also helpful to know some patronymic changes that can occur:
child of Olof: Olofsson/Olofsdotter or Olsson/Olsdotter
child of Eric: Ericsson/Ericsdotter or Ersson/Ersdotter
child of Magnus: Magnusson/Magnusdotter or Magnisson/Magnidotter

This is mainly a moving in record. First date 15 Oct is the date when the moving certificate was written. Second date 19 Nov is the date when the moving certificate was given to the parish where the person (Holmgren Anna) moved in. From previous page you can see that the year is 1838.
Also on the last column on the right there are moving out markings if the person moved out. Anna Holmgren moved out at 25 Oct 1839. It seams that she came from Warberg (Varberg) and moved also back there.
