This is what I am seeing: "Ska_ _eg." The swirl at the end that looks a little like a "6" is an indication that the word is abbreviated.
One of the witnesses on the second part of your image is Hans Andersson. His residence looks very much like the one in your question. I believe it is Skatteg(ard), so I would say that the birth of Pär is the same place.
