"Drängen Olof Persson i Bondarf (No. 4) erkänt mundl. Faderskapet"
which translates to:
"the farmhand (or bachelor) Olof Persson in Bondarf (No. 4) confessed verbally to being the father".
The sponsors are "the cottager Anders Andersson and his wife Anna Persdotter in Sörby (utv. 9); the cottager Per Danielsson and his wife Karin Persdotter in Nor(e) (utv. 8.)"
I am not sure what "utv." is-possibly "utvanderer-emigrant".
