The first line you are requesting reads "et barn til kierke kaldet Maren" which translates as "a child to the church called Maren".
The second part is "af Almtoft-Samme dag holte bemelte Rasmus Andersen hustrun hendes kierkegang" which translates to "of Almtoft-The same day was held the churching of the aforemention Rasmus Andersens wife".
Churching is basically just introducing her back into the congregation after she had given birth to a child. This is an article about what that means: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Churching_of_women. Also, an article in the Family Search Wiki: https://www.familysearch.org/wiki/en/Scandinavia_Introductions.
This 1861 Danish/English Dictionary is available online and can be very useful in translating these records: https://books.google.com/books?id=S4gCAAAAQAAJ&printsec=frontcover#v=onepage&q&f=false
