Looking for someone born in Stockholm
Looking for a parentage for Carl Gustaf Fredrick Fredzell (born 2 January 1851 in Stockholm) I don't know what parish in Stockholm but when I first found him he was living with Anders Larsson Fretzell (b24/11 1793) in Sorby, Fredsberg, Skaraborg. Anders Larsson Fretzell had a son named Carl Gustaf born in Sorby 16 April 1859. In 1877 this boy went to Jakob I. Stockholm but because of the difference in birth dates he can't be the same as Carl Gustaf Fredrick.
I found a Carl Gustaf (no Fredrick) in Jakob och Johannes but he has no parents named. He was from "8DewBy 13c"---a place I couldn't find in the Jakob och Johannes records. He may not even be the right one but I looked for that place page by place. see ArkivDigital: Jakob och Johannes (A, AB) CIIb:5 (1849-1857) Image: 34 (birth records)

There is a Carl Gustaf Fredrik Fredsell born to parents Erik Fredsell and Johanna Ekholm in Nikolai (Storkyrkoförsamling), Stockholm on 30 January 1851. See here in Arkivdigital: v90680.b1110.s211 ( https://app.arkivdigital.se/volume/v90680?image=1110) or here in Riksarkivet: https://sok.riksarkivet.se/bildvisning/C0056424_00117#?c=&m=&s=&cv=116&xywh=399%2C301%2C3172%2C1703 .
The birthdates don't match, but consider that birthdates sometimes got changed when a person moved from one parish to another.

Hello @Geri Brinley ,
- The Fredsberg household examination record AI:7 (1852-1870) p. 167 shows Carl Gustaf Frederik Fredzell (b. 30 Jan. 1851) in the home of his grandfather Anders Larsson Fredzell (b. 24 Nov. 1793). To the left of Carl Gustaf Frederik's name there is a note saying "Fredzells son son" meaning a grandson (sons son) of the grandfather.
- The Fredsberg household examination record AI:4 (1831-1842) p. 332 shows the grandfather Anders Larsson Fredzell with his wife and children at the time. Among the children is a son Eric who was born 21 November 1820 in Fredsberg.
- The household examination record in Storkyrkoförsamling Stockholm, AI:54 (1853-1854) p. 105 shows the master shoemaker Eric Fredzell (b. 1 November 1820) with his wife and children. Among the children is Carl Gustaf Fredric (born 30 June 1851).
The birth dates evolved a little when the Eric and his son Carl Gustaf Frederik moved to and from Fredsberg and Stockholm. The birth of Eric went from 21 November to 1 November. The birth of Carl Gustaf Frederik went from 30 June to 30 January. This kind of evolution of birth dates in the household records is very common. We use the household examinations as a secondary source for birth information. The primary source is the birth and christening entry in the ministerial book and many times the birthdate in the ministerial book and the household examination records don't agree.
