I don't know what the number 53 means. Year book 1871-1875 has been divided into 4 parts and the page 53 is in the first part: https://sok.riksarkivet.se/bildvisning/C0031551_00055
There are lots of other young people who have also numbers after their name. It is possible that these people worked temporarily on the marked page.
