abs. could mean one of two things, absens (Latin) for not present, or abs. for absolvera to absolve of sins. I think in this context it's probably "not present."
I read the other two words as Läser dåligt (with a badly written L) which means "reads poorly." Within the Lutheran doctrine, it was important to be able to read in the Bible and seek understanding in your own language so reading skills were important and tested at the time of household examination.
