The note for him says "Away 12 years Divorced from his wife See (the note) below"
There are 2 notes about her. The first (on the left) says, in effect, "Divorced from her spouse, the court decided 1 October 62 that she had been abandoned and she was free to marry. (Moves to) page 382 (in) 62". The second part (on the right) reads "Married with Adam Nygren 9 (or 4?) November 1862 (see) page 382"
