Does this marriage record mention the groom's first wife?

Entry #41 marriage of Hans Sorensen and Inger Christine Torgusdatter Lein. There are extra notations at the bottom of the 2nd and 3rd column with a date and a "No. 104" that I don't understand. Also, on the far right column there are extra notes that seem to involve 11 Oct 1930 (surely, that is 1830?) and again, No. 105.

 

One more question, what are the two repeated words in the third from the right column, and what do they mean?
