Help with Danish probate record

I would love some help interpreting this Danish probate record. It's in Kolbygaard gods in Thisted county. It's for Christen Eskildsen, it starts on the right side of this page. So far I know it says that the probate is for Christen Eskildsen of Klovs Moller. His widow is Anne Christensdatter Boyer. There were 2 children. One is a daughter Maren Christensdatter. The other is a son Niels Christensen age 25 living in Klovs Moller. I think it says that the daughter Maren is a "pige" or unmarried? It says some more about Anne Christensdatter Boyer that I'm not understanding. I think there's a Peder listed there, not sure how that connects?

I don't need a word by word translation, just want to make sure I'm not missing other important details in this document.
