Can I get a bit of help reading a record?
I'm looking for a birth record for Per August Nilsson b. 1859-Jul-21. The first occurrence I have found for him is in a house record in the year he was born. The household record is here in Högsrum midway down the page: https://sok.riksarkivet.se/bildvisning/C0027501_00124
I haven't been able to find a birth record in Högsrum on that date. I believe I don't know what writing on the house record to the left of piga before his mother's name means:
[flow.???] piga Sophia
The record says she moved in from [....Where?...] 1859-Nov-1. His birth record may be there, but I am not sure of the place. I also see that she moved out in 1960, but I am not sure where to. I have found them in following house records, but would like to see if I can track down the birth record. (He is my 3rd GGFather.)
Seemingly I will not find the 4th ggf on this line... But there is a fellow who married his mother when he was 5.
As always thank you for any help you can offer!

Here is Per August's birth record in nearby Räpplinge parish:

Unfortunately, there is no mention of the father in it.
The moved from column in the household record you provided looked like it said Strandtorp and I was able to confirm that using Arkivdigital where the images are in color and a lot clearer.
Then I searched nearby parishes for a place called Strandtorp and found it in Räpplinge parish next door to Högsrum.
It looks like the place she moved to in 1860 is Gärdslösa, but I did not find a record of them there in the household record index. Maybe there would be a moving out or moving in record.
As far as the father goes, there is a chance that the mother sued for support, though this was far less common after 1810. If she did it would likely be found in the Häradsrett or district court.
You may also consider testing DNA. It's very difficult but not impossible to use DNA to find a 4th great grandparent.

Thank you!!! I hadn't thought to look in the court records. I will give that a shot!
