I will try to do this, but please understand I don't speak Danish!!
In the "Stand, Haandtering og Opholdsted" column it says he is a "retired dreng (boy/farmhand) at Brunsgaard in Nyl(arsker); but "bogerde"(?) at 7 Vy_: in Vest(ermarie?)". I'm not sure what "bogerde" means but I think it could mean he was visiting or residing at 7 Vy_ in Vestermarie parish.
In the "Unmærkning" column it says he was "from Vester Marie parish; but came "uformodentlig" here to (this) parish and died". "Formodentlig" is "probable, likely" so "uformodentlig" should be "unprobable or unlikely" but I am not sure what the context would be in English-perhaps "unexpected" would make sense.

Hello @Beth Dayley ,
The entry reads from the left:
Entry No. 4, died between 22 and 23, May 1820. Buried 27 May, 1820. Name: Jens Jensen. The word Undentag means the the farm that Jens was working on was turned over to someone else with the understanding that new farmer would provide for the previous farmer and his wife for the rest of their lives. In this case, Jens is listed as a dreng (a laborer on a farm under undentag) Brunsgaard in Nylarsker parish but resided at 7 Vyd. (might be an abbreviation for a street name) in Vestermarie. He was 52 years old. The p. 97 refers to the page in the general index in the ministerial book. The note to the right means, from Vestermarie but came unexpectantly here to the parish and died.
