By Danish Priest Index I assume you mean, Wibergs præstehistorie. Unfortunately I am not aware of an equivalent database for the parish clerks. What I can tell you, however, is that parish clerks had their probates done by the provsti and a man named Erik Brejl has indexed many of these records and published them on his website. https://brejl.dk/skift.html#gejst. Go to the list of hyperlinks under "Gejstlige skifteuddrag" and then chose the region that fits your needs.
