1) I answered this question in your previous question; it's best to only ask it in one post. Here's my answer again: Ludsie Mogensdatter's death record, on opslag 87, at https://www.sa.dk/ao-soegesider/da/billedviser?epid=17114309#148628,24562105
lists the birth village as Hirset. Today this place is known as Hesede. Compare with the capital "H" of "Hans" (third child in 1677 in the same image).
