Have you tried some of the "Links" on the 'right-hand-side' of this 'Group'?

I recommend studying the links as Brett suggested. I am connected to a Reilly line out of Bailieborough, County Cavan. It is one of the most common surnames in that county. From my research I have learned various facts:
- Please remember that Bailieboro has various spellings and since it is a large civil parish you really need to know which townland your Reilly family is from.
- And please beware! There are likely many with the name of Philip Reilly with various spelling variations. The only way to verify if it is your correct Philip is to know the townland or know some other family member.
- They may have been from anywhere in Bailieborough civil parish, not necessarily the town of Bailieborough.
- Many records for the 1840's are missing in County Cavan. Check out what's available-- https://www.johngrenham.com/c_parish/c_parish_main.php?civilparishid=516&county=Cavan&civilparish=Bailieborough&CountyMap=
- According to the National Library of Ireland there are some records for that jurisdiction-- https://registers.nli.ie/parishes/0817
- I recommend both FindMyPast.com and RootsIreland.ie. These subscription sites have indexed the records of nli.ie. For whatever reasons, they are not duplicates of each other and one must check both to locate as many family members as possible.
Please update us with your progress and if there's something we can do to help!

A.M. Pili: My Reilly’s nickname is “CULBAN”, from EDEN NA. GULLY,
Bailiebourgh, Kingscourt, County Cavan. I’m hoping to collect my Mother’s school records, if they are available. I appreciate your kindness in taking an interest in
my genealogy search. It’s possible that you may know my family of “REILLY’S”
in the area Kells, county Meath etc.

I'm not sure this would be of help, but this set of records helped me find family at Baileboro during that period: http://www.bawnboy.com/local-genealogy/baptisms/baptisms-1836-1902opr.html

Cavan Library www.cavanlibrary.ie also has some digital records but I do like the amount of content available on @Mike McGovern 1 . The bawnboy site looks really interesting.

Hi on RootsIreland I found 6 records for a Philip Reilly Baptized in 1840 in Co. Cavan all are Roman Catholic Baptisms. Bailiebough is not listed as a Catholic Parish. It is listed as a Parish in Church of Ireland records, Presbyterian and Methodist.
Church of Ireland Parish of Bailiebough Baptisms 1822-1873
Presbyterian Parish of Bailiebough No Baptisms for any date
Methodist Parish of Bailiebough Baptisms 1878-1919
I tried Findmypast search 1839-1841 No records found. On John Grenham web site https://www.johngrenham.com/
On this web site the following information was obtained: Place: Edennagully County: Cavan Civil Parish: Enniskeen
Poor Law Union: Bailiebough Registrar's District: Kingscourt also on this site I uses the "Wizard" it will ask you various questions about your input and then at the end it will give you a summary in it " The relevant Church of Ireland are in Kingscourt. There do not appear to be any Baptismal registers surviving from the period of Philip Reilly's birth, 1840". also found: 4 volumes of parish registers, comprising baptisms 1794-1876, marriages 1794- 1845 & burials 1794-1876, were destroyed in the fire in the Public Record Office of Ireland in 1922.
