I need help with a translation. There are 2 girls listed on this birth record as oäkta along with the son whose record this is. Are they children of Charlotta Rebecca Hansdotter as well?

Only child born in 8 March 1773 is oäkta Johan Fredrich, son to Charlotta Rebecca Hansdotter.
Maria Elisabeth and Elna Cathrina are widows and godparents, not oäkta girls, the note oäkta with small parenthesis do not mean them but the whole record.
