Sort out when Erik Persson moved and what his title/status/occupation was in household surveys - Hel
Can anyone shed some light on Erik in these 2 surveys? What was his status or title? What do you make of the date of coming into the 3rd rota being '66 and out in 1860? http://www.arkivdigital.se/aid/info/v107140.b330.s349 and http://www.arkivdigital.se/aid/info/v107139.b320.s274. Thank you!

In your first example, the work is "Lärl" which is abbrevation for for " lärling-apprentice". It doesn't say what he was an apprentice at, but I would presume it was as a shoemaker because he is a journeyman shoemaker in a later record.
The second example is the same word: "Lärl".

Thanks, Norm. So it looks like he moved around in H'borg. Would you guess that's from 1860-1866?

I think that is correct. The "66 9/11" date is confusing , though, especially since this book (entry on page 274) only covers up until 1861.
