I am "Moving" this 'Question' of yours, in the 'Group' being "How to Use FamilySearch Community", in this "Community.FamilySearch" Forum, to the 'Group' being "United States Genealogy Research", in this Forum; so that, the members of that group can answer/assist you.
.
I am also "Tagging" this 'Question' of yours, to another 'Group' being "Southern States Family History Research", in the Forum, as that group includes the USA state of Mississippi; so that, the members of that group can answer/assist you.
.
Both those Groups are "Public", which you can join, if you wish.
.
And, by the way, the 'Group' being "How to Use FamilySearch Community" is more for how to use this "Community.FamilySearch" Forum, rather than for research help/assistance.

Hi @Curtis SANDERS_1 im not sure if you’ll be able to find those records online or not... I’m from MS originally and I have a heck of a time finding records online :/however I did find this obit for David Sanders that indicates Jesse and Hattie were married before July 1949; also, this adds “McDonald’s” surname to Hattie.... do you know if she remarried or if that was her maiden name? https://www.royalfuneralhomeinc.com/memorials/sidney-sanders/3675735/

Oh I also see this was the Hattiesburg/Laurel area... I grew up not far from there ... Greene County 😊

Thanks you so much! Yes I was aware of her marrying a McDonald. Finding documents on Jessie Sanders has been a huge challenge.

See if this link helps. I see that there are a couple of records that might help with the year that you are researching. If that doesn't work let us know and we will try plan C:

One thing you could do is to hit "Search" at the top of the FamilySearch page, then select the first option, "Records." Enter your ancestor's names into the name boxes, then select the "Marriage" life event, and enter 1935 and 1942 in the "from" and "to" boxes. Last, enter United States into the "Country" box at the bottom, under "Location," then Mississippi for the State. You can also hit "Type" at the bottom and select the "Marriage" box.
After doing that, if you still can't find your ancestors, try broadening your search and checking spellings. If that still doesn't work, you may can find it still by searching it on the Internet. That's how I have been doing a lot of my genealogy!
Hope this helps, and let me know how it goes.
Have a Blessed Christmas,
JFM
