Maria Christena G4KH-HF5 (her birth attached) Maria Christena G46Z-38F (can't find her birth reco
Maria Christena G46Z-38F (can't find her birth record, could they be the same daughter but they changed her birth date in the household records?)
The first Maria Christena was born 28 Oct 1815 in Ljungby according to her birth record
The second Maria Christena was born 2 Nov 1816 place unknown. This birth date came from the household records. Could these be the same person?
I can't find a death record for either of them or a birth record for the second Maria Christena.
They are both the daughters of Niclas Svensson & Stina Jonsdotter.
Any help would be appreciated.

Are the both girls seen in the house hold record? In some areas it very common to give the name of the dead child to the next child. At one time I found a family who had 3 Anna and they all died at as a child.
Did the family live at the same place all the time or did they move a lot?

First Maria Christina was born as oäkta=illegitimate in Svensknabben in Kalmar while her mother Stina Jonsdotter was arrested in Vassmolösa (Wasmolösa). It does not say why Stina was arrested. That's why the birth record is in Ljungby and not in Kalmar were the Stina infact lived. Most likely the first baby died very soon or was given away and they gave the same name to the next girl.
Have you found the mother in house hold record for that time? I see that you have her in house hold record for 1824-1830 in Ljungby and they moved in from Kalmar.

I have not found the first Maria Christena in a household record. They moved from Ljungby to Kalmar in July 1825. They seemed to stay in that area after that.

Those are the only records I have found at this time. Any help would be appreciated. I thought that Niclas was the one who was arrested for fist fighting. Maybe that was translated wrong by another helper.

Maria Christina's birth record says "" född under Stinas arrest på Wasmolösa" which means was born while Stina's arrest in Vassmolösa.

Could this be the second Maria Christena with a different father?

I don't thinks so. These parents were married, mother was Maja Stina (not Stina) and child was Maria (not Maria Christina)

Have you tried to find the mother Stina Jonsdotter in house hold records for that time? I not, then you should.
