I would like help finding the parents and siblings of Stina Jonsdotter G46M-DLM. She married Niclas
In 1824 the family (Niclas &Stina) were in Ljungby, Kalmar, Sweden. In 1825 they moved to Kalmar. The household records say she was born in 1792. She died in 1828 in Kalmar. Her death/burial record is found attached to her FS record. Any help in finding her birth family would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for all your help.

Family Tree shows seven children to this Niclas and Stina. I've noticed that you have attached a lot of sources. As you looked at the birth and christening for each of the children, did you see any possible relatives of Stina Jonsdotter? There might be an aunt or uncle to the child from the mothers side mentioned as a witness or godparent. Family Tree also shows that Niclas remarried. Was an estate inventory done after Stina died and before Niclas remarried? Maybe there is a guardian from the mothers side to protect the rights of the underage children. If so, maybe this would be a good lead back to Stina's siblings and parents.

What exactly are you trying to figure out? The birth record says that Sven Lorentz was born to Niclas Svensson and Stina Jonsdotter.
The 36 is probably just a reference to Stina's age at the time of birth.

The way I see it the witnesses were different for each child. Is there any way to tie them to Stina?

Yes, that seems normal. It's real hard to tie them to her for sure, I would look for any people with the surnames "Jonsson" or "Jonsdotter", or a man named "Jon". Other than that I don't know of much else you could do.

Yes they seemed to marry after the births of the first 3 children.

If I were you, I would try looking for the husförhör record for Skälby. That might give you more information.

It looks like it actually says 34 years 2 months.
It looks like she was born in April of 1794. You could use that information and look at birth records from April 1794 in surrounding parishes. Try that and see if you come up w/anything.
