Need help with Danish 1890 census and birth record

In the 1890 census below I need help with the birth parish of Ane Nielsen(family 2, person 8) and the occupations for her husband (Hans Christian) and children (Mads Anton and Kirsten Marie). Also, what are the remarks to the right of Hans Christian and the place name in the far left column? Thank you!

(1890 Census of Denmark, Humlum, Skodborg, Ringkøbing, FHL digital folder 103919040, image 1444).Also, for Kirsten Marie Madsen's 1872's birth record (Tjærborg Parish, Skads, Ribe, Book 8, 1856-1891,p.177) I need help with the words after each of her parents names (first column in image below) and the remarks in the last column.

Medhjælper in huset = helper in the house

Where is the indexed version of the 1890 census from? It is a free site?

Also, were the remarks in the birth record, and words after the parents names not readily identifiable?

You can find indexed censuses at ddd.dda.dk and also danishfamilysearch.com. The words after names are possibly locations, I did not study them.

Thanks so much. I 've used danishfamilysearch with mixed results, and I've been on the rigskarkivet site, but was not getting indexed results so your link is very helpful!
