Help with Danish Birth Record
A few questions regarding the birth record below for Max Harry Nielsen, 27 December 1897 (https://www.danishfamilysearch.com/churchbook/sogn578/churchlisting3902/opslag1791726):
1) The father was a miller, but is there any significance to the suffix on the word møller?
2) What do the words between the parents names mean? Is it the father's place?
3) What is the underlined word to the left of the paragraph?
4) What are the words to the right of the paragraph- something happened on 7 June 1905?
Family lore is that Max Harry was adopted. Is there anything in this birth record that indicates that? These are the parents he is seen in censuses with from 1901 onward.

Since posting this, I have found another record that leads me to believe the words to the right relate to an adoption file case, and the date is a file number, not a year. However, I would still like an explanation/translation regarding the other points. thank you!!

The record is found in Copenhagen's birth and foster care institution (see https://www.familysearch.org/wiki/en/Den_kgl._F%C3%B8dsels-_og_Plejestiftelse_K%C3%B8benhavn,_K%C3%B8benhavn,_Denmark_Genealogy). On the right-hand page of Max Harry Madsen Nielsen's entry, it states:
Adoptivfader = adopted father
Mølleforpagter Christen Jensen Nielsen og Hstr [hustru] (Moderen) Kirsten Maria Madsen = mill tenant Christen Jensen Nielsen and wife (the [child's] mother) Kirsten Maria Madsen
kgl [kongelig] Bev[illing] = royal permission
So, the child's mother later married, and her husband adopted the child as his own.
