There is much here that I cannot read. However, I think all of the pertinent information can be found out.
This is my transcription and translation:
Transcription:
Modren Fredrikke Hansdr hos h[us]m[an]d Hans Pedersen i Ladbye. Den udlagte barnefaders ______ ____________ P__________________ Tjennestekarl Søren Larsen i tjennende hos ________________ Larsen i Hjerteminde.
Translation:
The mother Fredrikke Hansdatter [lives] at/with cottager Hans Pedersen in Ladbye (probably her father). The said-to-be father of the child ______ ____________ P__________________ Farmhand Søren Larsen in service at __________________ Larsen in Kerteminde.
Some of what I can't make out is because of the ink blot in the middle. The other part is because the letters are scrawled out and are difficult to make out.
Here is a link to the record in Family Search if anyone else can look at it: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3QS7-L9Z6-L6NB?i=582&cc=2078555&cat=303076
If @Tanner Blair Tolman could help on this, I think he could make out the rest.
Edit: After looking at the Danish censuses trying to find Frederikke, I think that Hans Petersen is her step-father rather than father. I am pretty sure that this is Frederikke's birth record (entry 19): https://www.danishfamilysearch.com/churchbook/sogn828/churchlisting134164/opslag14483038 . It has her father as Hans Hansen and her mother is Karen Rasmusdatter in Ladbye. Later, in the 1855 census, Frederikke is married and Henriette is 9 years old (see here: https://www.danishfamilysearch.com/cid812584 ). There is a Karen Rasmusdatter who is a widow living there with them in Ladbye, Kølstrup, Odense, Denmark.

Hi @Tanner Blair Tolman , can you make out what the two lines are between "Barnefader and Tjennestekarl"? Just curious.
And thanks for your previous comment!
