Danish 1700 all male census for Birkerød parish
I'm looking for the Danish 1700 all male census for Birkerød parish, Lynge-Kronborg district in Frederiksborg amt. Is it online anywhere?

Hans, father of Ellen (LCCJ-T2N) she was born about 1704. There must not have been very many Hans in that parish in that generation because the only one anyone could find was a Hans Mogensen, but his entire family was wiped out in the 1711 plague, including his Ellen.

I have good news and bad news.
The bad news is Birkerød was part of Kronborg amt in 1700 and is therefore not in the tax census.
The good news is there are some other resources that can help you instead. There is a book called The Last Plague in the Baltic Region 1709-1713 by Karl-Erik Frandsen. This book goes into incredible detail about how the plague affected Denmark and even provides maps of which addresses were hit in Elsinore. Part IV chapter 8 (pages 299-306) are entirely about the parish of Birkerød. I have a copy of this book and so does the FHL.
Here are some quotes that may be of interest to you
"Birkerød Parish is situated between Elsinore and Copenhagen. The church village of the parish is located inland near the western border. The settlement patterns and the places names (the suffix -rød) are clear indicators that the area consits of late medieval clearings in the woods. The many hamlets and individual farms testify to the expansion that took place towards the coast."
"In 1711 the medieval manor in Hørsholm, situated in the eastern part of the parish, was relative small, but after 1733it became one of the largest royal castles. The entire parish belonged to the crown (Queen Louise), and was admistered by reowned Amtmand von Raben and the amtsforvalter."
The book goes on to explain that the plague mainly hit the village of Høsterkøb where 100 out of abut 200 people. It had the highest death rate anywhere in Denmark. The peasant named Michel Skytsel brought the plague to Høsterkøb. His son was buried 7 June 1711 and that was the first plague death in the parish. The last to die was Hans Jakobsen's son who was buried 30 October 1711. (I guess that shows there was at least one other Hans).
The plague also hit the inn at Rungsted and also hit the farms of Mikkelborg and Ebberødgård, but was not nearly as deadly in those places.
"Høsterkøb, which consisted of only one-sixth of all the households in the parish, made up three-quarters of all the deaths in the parish in 1711."
Besides the awesome plague book, there are other tax lists you can use for the people you listed. Denmark levied a bunch of extra and luxury taxes 1660-1700. Here is a class I did on them last year https://www.familysearch.org/help/helpcenter/lessons/denmark-tax-records-1660-1812
Worst case scenario they will name every head of household and give tally marks for people over the age of 12 and give their relationships. Best case scenario they will name everyone above the age of 12 and act like a mini census. It depends on how much detail the scribe chooses to give. Here is the collection you will want to look through. In my class I say these records are only available on microfilm, but they have since been digitized and you can view them from home online for free.

Thanks for all this great information! I know my Niels Synesen family was in Hosterkiøb and must have been some of the survivors of the plague. The wife died in 1711, but the husband lived until 1732 and also 2 children lived to adulthood. I think the wife may have died in the plague. Thank you for this information! I'm trying to find her probate now. This is all kind of sad, but hoping to find her name is exciting since she was just listed by her husband's name in her death record.

While going through the fæste records I saw many men named Hans, so I don't know why every one focused on Hans Mogensen.
