In Branson we have created a survey that is working great . When we get the survey back we evaluate what we need to help the member with. Then we make an appointment , get their appropriate information, put them in the consultant planner and take off. Would be happy to share the survey. Need instruction as to how.

It is so true that helping each person depends on where they are with their family history. Creating individual personal histories is so valuable. I would like to see what you have, Shirley, in the area of a questionnaire or survey. I am not familiar with how to upload a document to this blog, But I assume it can be done. I see a photo button just below where I am typing. So I am sure you can upload as a jpeg if you have one. Or perhaps you could turn a word document into a jpeg and then upload?

My husband will help me upload the survey tonight. We have it in Spanish also if you need it.
